Simply Blu is a progressive, energetic and well centered bluegrass band that loves both classic and contemporary bluegrass music. They will provide you with some beautiful harmonies, some hard driving classics and lots of traditional tunes. Simply Blu was formed in the spring of 2018 following the demise of Georgian Blue ( Stuart Bondarchuck, Basil Beauchamp, Larry Carriere and Murray Hale) in September of 2017. The original members of Simply Blu were Larry Carriere, Murray Hale, Gord Grasser, Murray Pritchard and Juliann Chadbourne. Juliann has left to pursue an opportunity to perform in Country Music. Murray met Larry at River Valley at a jam sesion put on by Tony Deboer in the fall of 2014 and the rest was history.
